How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
Firstly I would tell the user who is getting bullied to don't worry, secondly I would move me and bullier to different channel and I would explain to him what he did wrong and make him say sorry to person who he bullied and if he would carry on bullying I would ban him.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.
As a Administrator you can move people who are breaking Team Speak rules to different channel and explain what they did wrong, you can kick someone from the channel when they interrupt discussion by Microphone Spamming etc. You can ban rule breakers after you warn them.
Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words).
I think I should be chosen because I'm on Team Speak all the time, I didn't break any Team Speak rules, I know how to handle situations, I know rules perfectly, I'm member of staff on many server and I think that you can trust me, I never abused my powers on any servers, I always tell people to stop breaking rules when they do so and I'm always trying to be calm, polite and friendly even when there is very offensive user/player.
