Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
(I got told to talk about my time as a superadmin instead by chris)

I could talk about situations in which I had to deal with staff.

One of these situations were someone called AnarchyTM, a ex-superadmin.

At the time I was a superadmin, and so was Anarchy(he was a good staff member but inactive)
Because of his inactivity I had to deal with him myself, I did so by talking with him through steam, calmly talking to him about it, making sure he doesn't get mad and nothing bad happens.
In the end he did really want his superadmin back, however I was also a strict superadmin (strict teacher on steroids they called me..) and I didn't give his superadmin back, instead I demoted him to admin. His demotion to admin did displease him, but it was something inevitable. He stayed inactive after he got demoted by me, and I was forced to talk to him once more and this time I made sure he agreed with me that he was inactive and clearly didn't want to be admin anymore. I did so by calmly talking to him and he also talked to me calmly. This situation was then fixed.

A abusive situation concerning the moderator B Daniel

B Daniel was the type of guy who argued about everything and became mad about alot of things aswell.
I had to deal with him when he abused his slay command.

I brought him towards me, I started talking to him, and said I was going to demote him.

He ofcourse didn't agree with this and became very mad, to counter this I continued talking
He was going to be demoted for his usual behaviour which wasn't alright at all and his continues abuse of certain commands.
Once I was done he continued talking, saying things such as "fuck you" and all those kind of things in caps lock.
In the beginning it was hard for me to calm him down, but in the end it worked out and I told him he could reapply.
To make sure he stopped raging and just demoting him personally like that was something which is "exciting" and sad at the same time, but it did make my skills as a superadmin even better.

The situation of Osecret and Alex Turnham.

Alex turnham was a good friend of mine and Osecret was a neutral person to me.

Osecret was the type that rages alot, and alex turnham sort of if he doesn't get his way.
Osecret and alex turnham were always plotting mean things against Chris which I myself did not like at all.

I took action against this and made sure they diverted their attention towards me and stopped annoying chris.
I did so by talking to them and making sure they didn't get the chance to talk to chris.
This countered against me though, and it made me get hated by them.
They started a group of around 8 staff members including the old head admin all against me.
It was seriously a group plotting to get me demoted from superadmin.
This group of admins were also lazy admins which rarely to never did any f1s or abused alot.

I had a situation with them which greatly angered them.
I was doing f1s alone, and their group of 8 people were having a party ontop of a rooftop while there were 3 f1s continuesly.
I took action against this and demoted 6 of them apart from the 2 doing f1's once I arrived there.
The 6 were demoted from AoD to citizen including the head admin and several admins.
This was very needed and it made me have to talk to chris (he was community manager at this point) and he arranged a emergency meeting, we implemented a special warning system for them for lazyness.
In the end their plotting failed though, and most of them got demoted.

When I demoted the 6 people to citizen it made me able to do my job even better, I was no longer scared to talk back to any of the "higher staff" anymore when needed.

I had countless situations which also increased my skill as superadmin such as dealing with staff members, dealing with players and their f1's etc.

I will use the example provided by the question itself for this question.

Defiant users were a great obstacle sometimes, I had groups of users which completely ignored me whenever I tried to talk to them, it required great efforts of freezing all of them and such which were fine by me.
It was an obstacle not because they ignored me in the beginning, but because they were acting like trolls towards me.
They kept trolling me by for example saying "what? what? i do nothing wrong!" those type of things, when I clearly knew they were intelligent people.
I worked around this by giving them a warning each time they acted in a way to troll me. Which ofcourse they did not like, but in the end we could have a calm conversation and it was fixed.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Freeze - This can be used to make people be frozen, a timer can be set on this.
Command : !freeze (name) (time frozen)

Slay - This command can be used to kill people (this is only to be used if the person broke a rule like NLR for example. There are sidecommands of slay but these are not important.
Command : !slay (name)

Goto - This can be used to go to another player.
Command : !goto (name)

Bring - This can be used to bring another player.
Command : !bring (name)

Teleport - This can be used to teleport someone where you're looking at
Command : !teleport (name)

Slap - This can be used to slap players and yourself, times and amount of damage can be set on this.
Command : !slap (name) (times) (amount)

Ignite - This can be used to set another player or yourself on fire, it can be put out aswell.
Command : !ignite (player) !extinguish (player)

Warn - This command can be used to warn another player (you will not warn mods or other staff)
Command : !warn (name) (reason) If used 3x the player gets kicked, if used 4x the player gets banned for 30 minutes.

Kick - This command can be used to kick another player (you will not warn mods or other staff)
Command : /kick (name) (reason)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

My response to this appeal would be depending on how they acted in-game when they propspammed.

If the player acted like a troll micspamming while spamming props saying things like "admins suck" and such, my response to this appeal would be

But the fact you've acted as an troll while you were propspamming was really bad.
If you didn't act like a troll while you did it I would've reconsidered but, this appeal is Denied.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

I have knowledge of the rules (not if I get told rules which dont yet exist)
I've been on the server a bit lately, driving around the map like most know.

Considering I drive around a lot on the map I very often find rulebreakers and suprisingly I also often find people abuse their powers, should I be given this rank, I would ofcourse mainly spend my time on doing f1's,
The fact I quite often find rulebreakers makes it more easier for me to deal with them aswell, I usually just get RDMed before I can even do anything, but with powers I would be able to stop them, and help the players more efficiently.
I am prepared to answer questions in OOC if needed.
I am very experienced as I have been a previous superadmin/admin.
I know it is better to notify someone of higher rank of an exploit or another administrator/moderator abusing with evidence.
I am aware that I should atleast play for a few hours, for a few days each week.
I will try to ensure a friendly enviroment for new players to play in.
I will NOT be lazy.
I understand that being a moderator is a privilege and that it should be used to it's full extent, meaning I should never ignore an opportunity to solve a problem.
