Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as moderator will contribute to me being an admin because it has prepared me
in ways such as handling players, rule breakers, and occasionaly helping staff members out.
I've had a lot of experience as a staff member on Dark RP ever since I first started playing.
I've been a moderator and admin before on Dark RP, I know the rules better then ever now. I
know now that all the F1's and the training I was put through has been for this moment.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
A situation that I've encountered before that was an obstacle was where a Gangster had taken the mayor as hostage, asked for a ransome of 25k, but there was no proof of this. The other player claimed it was 5k, before I knew it the situation grew into a 5 player conflict. I had to get some questions answered through the /// chat, which I then finished the F1 with the information I learned. Thankfully, I now can handle situations like these more easily then ever thanks to the staff members that answered my questions.



If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Dear "Player"

Firstly, before we get to the Core of your new rank, I'll personally like to welcome you to the staff team, and congragulate you on Moderator.

In this email I will give you a complete grasp of moderator, and using it appropriately.

First, let's go through the commands that will let you Go, bring, teleport players.

Goto - This commands sends you to the players location
Example - /goto Pizzaman37

Bring - Bring's player(s) to your location.
Example - /bring Pizzaman37

Teleport - TP's to the location that you're staring at.
Example - /tp Pizzaman37

Let's move on to the Other Commands.

Slay - Kills player(s).You can use specific slay's like : Normal, Silent, Explode, and Rocket.
Example - /slay Pizzaman37
Normal Slay - Regular Slay
Example - /slay Pizzaman37 normal
Silent Slay - Normal slay, cannot bee seen.
Example - /slay Pizzaman37 silent
Explode Slay - Player Explodes.
Example - /slay Pizzaman37 explode
Rocket Slay - Rockets the player in the air!
Example - /slay Pizzaman37 rocket

Kick - "Kick" Allows you to kick a player. Keep in mind you cannot Do this to Other moderators or higher tier staff ranks on the server.
Example - /kick Pizzaman37 (Reason)

Freeze - This command can make a player immobile You can set the time of the freeze. Can be canceled by doing /unfreeze.
Example - /freeze Pizzaman37 (amount of time to be frozen)

Slap - This Slaps the player, you can set a amount of times, and how many damage.
Example - /slap Pizzaman 37 (Amount of Slaps) (Damage per slap)

Warn - This will warn a player
3 Warns = Kick, and 4 = ban.
Example - /warn Pizzaman 37 (Reason)

Ignite - This command the ignites a player of fire. Remember to do /extinguish when you feel you've ignited the player(s) long enough.
Example - /ignite Pizzaman37. /extinguish Pizzaman37

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player x, I can see that you have put great effort and detail into your ban appeal. As I can see this is also your first ban, I will shorten the ban request, but the next ban I won't be so lenient on your punishment. We are very serious toward this kind of server offense.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I should be promoted because I'm one of the most active Moderators on ZARP Dark RP. I've proven that I can handle F1's, and many of them. I rarely get complaints from players after I help them with there F1. I'm a trustworthy staff member that has never been banned on any of ZARP Gamings servers. I handle rule breakers proffesionaly, and efficiently. I am a very fair moderator and believe I would be one of your best staff members on ZARP Dark RP. As a moderator, I'm on duty for several hours at a time, and I will do the same as a administrator. I have no issues with staff members, and they are the same with me. I've gotten to know the community and made friendships with staff members and players as well. I will be very active as a administrator, which I have proven as a moderator. I'm not scared to handle complicated F1's, in fact I prefer those. I'm not scared to handle complicated F1's, in fact I prefer those. I will show new staff members around, and help veteran staff members if required. ZARP Gaming is like a second home for me, and I just love it. I've been in ZARP gaming for nearly 10 months now, and I don't plan to leave.



Extra Comment - Just to clear up any questions on why I am posting this before the 2 week posting limit. When I came back to the community , Chris said I could apply for administrator because I resigned. I said no, I would apply for moderator for now to gain respect and trust amongst the staff team aswell as the community. I asked Chuteuk recently if I could still apply for admin WHENEVER I wanted to , and he said yes.

In the mail question there is requirement that it need to be between 200-300 words, as we can see you have 460 words. Please fix this.

I don't think you are ready to become admin again even though you were super admin at one time that shouldn't matter. People that get demoted / resign should have to go back through the steps. Not be given a large rank the first week there. I have not seen any improvement in you since you became staff. You have actually broken more rules as staff as you were a normal player. In my opinion it is a large -Support because this is 1 week early and you aren't ready yet.

And broken rules? You have your right to your opinion, but I DONT break rules. I also find it very sad that you think so little of a staff member that puts a lot of hard work and dedication into this community.

Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training..
