How would you deal with a disrespectful player? warn them twice then kick if they keep doing it then a temporary ban for 45 min

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words) i think i should be chosen because i think i could help the server keep it nice and fun for everyone to play keep it fair and have a fun time with the players and staff. i think its a fun server i can come on the server like 3 - 5 hrs every day to have a fun time and check on the players if they need help with anything.
