Explain "grief" and give example scenario:
Griefing is when a player intentionally destroys or edits your builds without permission and is aiming to upset the player he is griefing.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would first issue a verbal warning to the player informing them that they are causing a problem to others and ask for them to stop, if they continue I shall take action by temporarily kicking the player from the server for a short time, if they still persist to be disrespectful then a longer ban shall be issued until the player learns to co-operate.

Explain the building theme:
The theme is Medieval, meaning that structures will mainly be made out of logs and wood and there would be castles as they fit in the theme, flags on top of the castles is common.

In no less than 150 words, explain why you are an ideal candidate for the role:
I think I would be ideal because I am a very experienced player in minecraft meaning my knowledge of the game is very broad making it easy for me to help out the other players who are not as familiar. Although I have no experience of being a minecraft moderator, I have a little experience as a Garry's Mod moderator meaning I will have some bearings on how to handle different situations. I am good at listening to other people meaning if someone is having difficulty with anything I will always be ready to listen to the problems they are experiencing and then decide how to resolve it, if for any reason I cannot do nothing about it then I will make sure to inform a higher authority administrator to see if they could help with the issue. Finally I think this job is for me as I enjoy playing minecraft and I also enjoy helping others so becoming a moderator would allow me to make sure the server stays a fun safe place to play.
