3.warden fails to give any orders before the cell doors open

how would you deal with a warden with no mic
I would ask him to swap to the prisoners side and if he does not do this I would kick him

When may a guard refuse an order?

How do you define 'camping', and how would you deal with someone camping?
camping is were someone stays in one spot and kills however passes by for instance there is kos camping were a guard stays in a kos area and does not move from there. I would deal with kos or any other form of camping by move them or simply kicking that person

Chose one rule not already mentioned in the application and explain it in detail.
no spamming in text ,for example constanly writing RDM RDM RDM or I LIKE CHEEZBURGERZ over and over again

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 80 words).
I should be chosen as a moderator because I am an commited and quite experienced garrys mod player I know practily all the server rules I am fair and I try to make the right decision before simply banning someone for no reason am also quite a good warden im also on garrys mod regularly so you don't have to worry about the server being understaffed. i am new to the moderator scene but don't worry ive been in many servers were a moderator or two has been on so i know how to act in sticky situitions (for instance people argueing over who rdmed or freekilled who).I also care about this server quite a lot as it was the very first jailbreak server I ever played it introduced me to all things jailbreak so I would realy appreciate being a moderator on this server so I an keep its community alive and kicking
