How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would start by asking the player to stop if he/she refused I would warn them and gag them for a short amount of time. If they persisted I would warn them again and if they kept at it longer I would kick them from the game.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).: I should be chosen because I am a well known and trusted ZARP staff member on most of our servers. I plan on increasing my server time but I will always balance my time between servers so each one maintains its stability. I always try to get on when I am not playing on our other servers and when I am on I follow all the rules and try to give every player a great time because that's what everyone deserves.

I've checked your game tracker and you have no played that much I do think you need to improve your game time. For now it's a -SUPPORT

Again like I said I need time to prove myself but I will level out my hours
