RDM is where one person kills another without a reason. E.g. A gangster walks up to a Gun Dealer and kills him without a reason. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. If someone dies they cannot return to the district where they have died for a set amount of time. (3 Minutes as of when I am writing this.) They also forget everything in their past life and may not kill people for revenge if they were killed by another player. E.g. A Gun Dealer dies and returns to his shop before the set time is over. Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is where you talk using role-playing information in OOC. E.g. A Gun Dealer tells people to come to his shop through OOC. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would warn player y for RDMing and warn them for lying to a moderator/sending a false report. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would have to ask for more proof because I don't think that just because the kills are close together in console is good enough proof. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I would warn them for metagaming and tell them to use /911 to call the police. Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words). I admit I have broken one or two rules in the past but it is hard to memorise all of the rules after only playing the on the server a couple times, but I have not broken any rules since. I have had experience owning my own Garry's Mod server so I am familiar with being an admin and the commands, which makes it easy for me to handle situations with trolls and rule breakers because I used to handle people like this all the time. I also play a lot (and will be playing a lot more in the future) so I would be doing my job often. I like ZARP so I want to make it a better experience for other players because there are a lot of rule breakers out there and I know how annoying it is to get your car jacked then scrapped as it happens quite frequently to be honest, I would like to bring matters into my own hands to try my best to get rid of players like these. |

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
Here is a pie chart displaying the result: As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted. Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training.. Congratulations on behalf of the administrative team. ![]() |
