How would you deal with a disrespectful player? :I would gag him then warn him once that he should tone it down and play nice but if he carrys on being disrespectful i will kick him from the server.

Why I should be chosen: I've been on this server for a little time but had extreme fun while playing on it and i want to keep it fun for other people aswell by helping them how to open the shop or how to mute people or kicking rule breaking players and make the server a happy experience for everyone, I can usually be on atleast 5-7 hours a day if i am not busy.
