RP Name [HAWK]Section Link to Steam Profile steamcommunity.com/id/ItBeJack/ SteamID STEAM_0:1:59733802 Current Gametracker Profile (find here) Age 15 Estimated Server Time 60 hrs Languages I speak English Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Random Death Match, also known as RDM, is when a user kills another user without a legit RP(role play) reason. Mass RDM is the same but instead of killing just one, he/she kills multiple users without a legit RP reason EXAMPLE Player A has joined, he is still a civilian ... He notices player B has also just spawned in, player A then proceeds to open the F4 menu and pull out his sniper, Player B (who hasn't noticed the sniper trained on him) starts to walk off but before he could even make it to the road a bullet flies through his skull. killing him, instantly. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. New Life Rule also known as (NLR) is when a player, after death, returns to the district he/she was killed in before the 3 minuet timer is up. NLR, in my experience, happens most when players are getting raided. To avoid breaking this rule you are able to look at the top of your screen at the ''NLR TIMER'' (which starts right after death) and wait the 3 minuets. EXAMPLE Luke has a pretty nice base, fully operational drug labs, fully upgraded money printers, everything raiders would love to get their hands on. Luke, knowing how amazing his stuff is..dons't trust ANYONE, So he is all alone defending his base, which altogether adds up to over 3 million. He hears the sound of he keypad getting cracked, He rushes over...guns ready.. but to is shock, there are over 15 people there... a firefight breaks out in the entrance to Lukes base, he puts up a good fight but he is out gunned and out numbed...Luke falls to his death and re-spawns. Without hesitation Luke Sprints back to his base and starts to fight with the gang again. Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is when a player uses the /ooc chat(out of charter chat) for a IC (in charter situation) EXAMPLE morgan wants to buy a gun but he can't find the shop, he proceeds to type in chat ''(OOC)Morgan: Gun dealer where u at i want to buy a gun'' Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would bring both player X and Y to me to question them about the situation at hand...If player Y admits to RDMing player X then a in game warning would be issued, if not, i would then ask player X for any proof of the claim...Again, if any proof is shown (and is valid) an in game warning will be given to the correct player. If no proof is shown, there is no grounds for any punishment so a verbal warning would be enough. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. i would, again, bring both parties to me and see if the player in fault agrees to the claim.. If he does, an in game warning would be given, if not, i would ask for proof, if the proof is valid, an in game warning would be given if not, i would see if an admin/super admin was on to check if he was in violation of the rule...if nothing has came up. a verbal warning would be given as there are no grounds for a harsher punishment Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I would inform the player that he is violating a rule called 'metagaming' and explain the rule (if he/she didn't know) and then a ingame and verbal warning would be given to the player in fault. Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words). I have spent most my hours on Zarp since Soxey6 told me about this server. I feel that i should be accepted as when ever i'm on my PC, I'm on Zarp either basing with Hawk or just doing my own thing..I'm always on TS, skype and/or steam so its never to hard to get a hold of me, I have over 50hrs of time spent on Zarp so i know the rules quite well and enforce them. Even though i'm not staff at this moment in time, i still try my best, and do all i can, to make Zarp a better place for all the community. I would like to think thati am 100% dedicated towards zarp as a server (obviously real life thing, depending on the situation, can out rank a game) and will always try to strive towards keeping it that way. I know most/all things a mod needs to know, i have been moderator on a server before (with about 20 players) and i was Mod on that server for about 7weeks. I have had quite a few members said that they will support this app (both staff and non staff) So i hope that i have lived up to there expectations! |

First and foremost, we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a rank on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. Your application has been discussed at an administrative meeting, and from there it has been voted on.
Here is a pie chart displaying the result: As the number of 'yes' votes exceeded the number of 'no' votes you received, you have been accepted. Towards the bottom there is a button leading you to a download of a 'welcome pack' (moreso intended for new moderators) - this will give you a brief insight into your duty and how to do it, but before we can give you your rank you will have to attend a training session. You can ask any superadmin for your training.. Congratulations on behalf of the administrative team. |
