1. Explain "grief" and give example scenario.: When someone destroys a block or more that another play has placed with out their permission, Eg. Player A makes a nice castle, player B destroyed or modify it, Player B would get punishment.
2. How would you serve person which want to buy 15x15x15 terrain.: Ask them for location, tell them the price, tell the rules of the plot.
3. How would you deal with a disrespectful person?: Warn them, tell them that you arn't being respectful on a public server.
4. Explain how should building look like (regarding medieval rules): Built mediaevally not to look modern like a diamond house, use a range of blocks that look authentic that fit with the surroundings, no floating buildings give them support if needs be.

I have been playing Minecraft for 3 years now. I was the Head admin on a server called Terracraft, I ranked up from a standard player all the way through mod, admin until Head Admin. About 2 months later the server closed as the owner could not keep paying to host it, not because of bad management. I am a skilled builder in Minecraft, I love building with stone brick as it has endless possibilities and can be used for the medieval theme. I love making videos in Minecraft it is actually my part time job now, unfortunately I can't discuss how much I earn. I used the mod Cam studio for smooth camera work and then used royalty free music so that profit can be made off the video and put towards the servers of Zarp. It will also be good that you make a few guides on how to play and what to do and explain the best way to play and how the server is run. Also give information about upcoming events like Drop parties and new maps or new building, that kind of stuff. So I hope this is enough to get me accepted and Thanks for listening.
