How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

First of all, im going to verbal warn him and tell him to stop disrespecting. If he will continue this - eventual warn/kick. If this will not stop - ban.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).

I have recently rejoined community and i have discovered this server. I decided to join it and give it chance. My verdict ? AWESOME ! It have something special in opposite to other deathruns. I would really like to get this rank to prevent people from being bulled/disrespected, robbed from chosen trap ! I will try to do my best, my playtime is increasing daily for about 3 hours ! I am sure that i will spend alot of time on this server, because it makes me fun. I have recently got accepted on DarkRP and Murder which im very proud of ! I would like to become a Staff Member on 4-5 servers to be able to be active on them.

At the end i would like to thank you for your attention, any feedback will be appreciated

Twix you're applying for so many ranks, in my opinion way too many considering you are meant to be doing this Minecraft server. On the other hand you are an experienced staff member and very active.
