How would you deal with a disrespectful player? Sir, Please stop disrespecting him/her. if it his first time, I will have to warn him and slay HIM/HER. But if its his second time, i will kick him or ban him if it gets to that level.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words). I should be chosen because ive been admin on many other servers, i know how to deal with people who are breaking rules, and i know how to play and teach people how to use the rules in game. I think you server could use some more help so that is why i want to become a moderator!
