How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
If a player is disrespectful i would ask them to stop and i would gag or mute them if they wont stop.
if they continue after that i would warn them, after that i would kick them and if they rejoin
and being disrespectful I'll ban them.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I love the ZARP community and i think i should be chosen as moderator because i have some experience, i have been admin on several deathrun servers. I am very helpful and quite active on the server, i see that the deathrun server has a very large amount of players on it and I would like to be a moderator to hopefully get more players to join.
