1. Explain "grief" and give example scenario.: When someone destroys a block or more that another play has placed with out their permission, Eg. Player A makes a nice castle, player B destroyed or modify it, Player B would get punishment.

3. How would you deal with a disrespectful person?: Warn them, tell them that you arn't being respectful on a public server.

I am the ideal candidate because I am a massive and keen player and fan of minecraft. I have been playing for 3 years now. On terracraft I had to deal with a griefing team which ended up in having to re build the whole spawn, at the end of it I got head admin for my skill and determination.
