Have you ever been banned from a ZARP server? No

Do you have any past experience in MineCraft server administration? Yes I have owned 3 previous minecraft servers and Co-Owned another.

Languages you are fluent in: Spanish and English

Where are you from?: New York, United States.

Explain "grief" and give example scenario: Grief is when someone comes along and destroys a players experience by destroying their build, animals, or items in general. Player A is just finished building the last addition to his home and Player B decides it would be funny to go and wreck everything he has accomplished. Player B goes to the house when Player A is gone and lights it on fire and kills all his animals and steals the loot in the chests. Player A comes back and is very upset by what has happened and possibly leaves the server.

How would you serve a player who wishes to purchase 15x15x15 of terrain? A person calls me to him and has me get a area setup for him so I mark the position of the 15x15x15 area and add the player to the plotted land after he pays the allotted price.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player? Give the player a few warnings to stop otherwise he will be kicked and if he comes back and keeps at it he will be temporarily banned given the severity of his disrespect.


Explain the building theme: Medieval...

In no less than 150 words, explain why you are an ideal candidate for the role: I have a long time with Minecraft servers and have owning a few it really helps with my knowledge and experience with many different types of situations. I major in a few things such as giving the players the experience they deserve, Dishing out the proper punishment to rule breakers, and helping out anyone in need. Nobody is less important to me than another player I believe in equality so when I player needs help I have no excuse I will be there to help him/her no matter what they need. Even if it is the most incompetent thing a moderator's job is to better a player's experience and that is what I plan to do. A few servers I owned were HeliumCraft, AeroCraft, and Drug Factions. The first two servers were very successful and I had no problem running them whatsoever but when I made the Drug Factions one everything went downhill because I went by a new staff system and all hell broke loose. I finally gave up on owning and I went into co-owning and a little bit of developing which I was apt to so I went with it and I really prospered while coding which was really fun. This is why I believe I would be a good canidate.
