Random Death Match A.K.A RDM Is when someone kills another player no reason.
scenario: Someone is walking down the road to get something in gmod then someone comes in a car or with a gun and just kills them.

New Life Rule A.K.A NLR Is when someone is killed they can't go back to the place they where killed for 3 minutes Scenario: Someones base is raided and they get killed they can't go back for another 3 minutes

MetaGaming is when people use 'ooc' For no reason.
Scenario: Someone is wants to talk to there friend and they talk in ooc instead of 'PM'

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x: I would ask them both what happend to see if they lie and then i would ask y why he killed x and if he has a good reason but x disagrees i would warn y for RDM.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time: I would Warn y of NLR because he killed x a about 1 minute 30 seconds after y killed him but NLR lasts 3 minutes so I would know if he was lying.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: whoever said his bank was being raided i would warn him for metagaming and if he asked why i would ask him to read the rules.

I think I should be a Moderator because I have been on this server for along time in a different name. When you could donate for mod I donated 3 times. I will help anyone who needs help in the community of zarp. I have wanted to be a mod AGAIN since the server got bought again because Zarp is the best Gmod server ever. I think all the staff are friendly and that is why I think I should be a mod. I have experiance of being a mod on zarp and I have been on it for a long time plus being a mod means everyhting to me and i want to be mod because i can help people on zarp which is what i want to do so please make me a mod
