Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match (also known as RDM) is the act of killing someone without reason. This is not to be confused with assault which is illegal in the RP but not againt the rules. Reasons to kill someone are: raiding your base (lockpicking/keypad cracking), not leaving your base after a warning, following you after a number of warnings, shooting at you, have a hit on them etc. Any killing that is not provoked and doesn't have a reason behind it is RDM, this rule is here to stop you being repeatedly killed unfairly, and to make the gameplay enjoyable. An example of RDM is seeing someone that annoyed you recently, walking up to them and killing them.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or NLR is a rule made up of 2 very simple elements, 1: To not go back to the general area which you were killed at for 3 minutes after death, and 2: to not remember how or why you died. It's actually a very simple rule but is one of the most commonly broken due to the urge we all have to run back and kill our raiders, however it must be obeyed to improve everyone's gameplay. An example of NLR would be not selling someone an item due to them raiding your shop and killing them earlier.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is mixing In Character with Out of Character. In the chat metagaming is saying something IC in the OOC chat. Metagaming basically is making in character decisions based on out of character knowledge. An example of Metagaming would be putting someone at gunpoint (in character) and telling them to tell an admin something (out of character). (

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask for the reason player y killed player x, if he gave a reason I would use player x and the console to prove/disprove his response. If I cannot prove nor disprove it no warning will be given, if it is proven that it was RDM player y would recieve a warning, and an additional warning if he lied about it. If it was proven that player y did not RDM then player x would be given a warning for lying to a moderator.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would first ask if player y would like to contend to this as it is not solid proof but very likely that NLR was broken. If he cannot contest it with a good reason then a warning will be given to player y, however if the kills were a little far apart (using common sense to decide) then it would just be a verbal warning given.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Very simple if handled correctly, inform player x what metagaming is over OOC (no need to tp) and give him a warning for it.

Why I should be chosen:
I have been playing Zarp for a while now and have found it to be the best DarkRP server I could find. When I find really good servers like this one I feel I should contribute to it by helping out. I have been a moderator before on a Minecraft server but chose to leave the position due to the terrible quality of admins (not like Zarp of course ). I have a good understanding of the rules and always do my best to re-read them to refresh my memory of them and update with any changes. I always do my best to help people and would love to be able to take the ridiculous strain off of the F1 reports that I have noticed recently at times. I know I'm not the oldest person to apply but I am mature enough to take on this job. I really do love this server and want to be a part of it, helping people to have a fun time and an enjoyable gameplay experience for everyone. I really hope that you choose me to be a part of this awesome group of staff on a great server. Thanks very much for reading my application and know that, if you hire me, I won't let you down. This is one of many mod apps but I do feel strongly about it, I've taken the past criticism on board, I've learned from it and hopefully you can see that I've changed.
P.S. No I'm not making my own community, I'm sticking with ZARP.

I havent played enough as of lately to know much, however my opinion of you has changed entirely, I see you as more of a people friendly person then I have before +1

Phantom, you need to decide which server you want to moderate, you've applied for TTT and DarkRP and now you have lower chances to get moderator on any of those servers because it's hard to keep up activity on both servers. I recommend you to start with TTT and after you prove yourself apply for DarkRP since it's our main server.

I dont know what to think about this whole situation with Phantom. He is getting denied something about 6 times in row, he is trolling and decreasing chances, getting forum ban/game ban. Phantom calm down !

If you really care about this rank show this to community ! Try to be mature and help people even in most easiest way. Im sure this will increase your chances to get this Moderator atleast.

Returning to main topic, you have recently returned from your "leave". Increase playtime on wanted service and apply then,
I would suggest 1 week of break in target to increase playtime and prove your behaviour.

For now I will stay with Neutral.

I didn't have any game bans, I only had one short forum ban for "trolling", but I never meant to offend Szabi (or Chester) with that post, and I sincerely apologized to him. I was only joking and never meant to hurt anyone, but I don't deny what I did and I'm sorry.

Phantom has been Moderator once on the server and then got demoted because he broke the rules. On the other hand he is very aware of the rules.
