How would you deal with a disrespectful player? warn them twice then kick if they keep doing it tempban for 1 hour

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words) i think i should be chosen because i think i could help the server keep it nice and fun for evryone to play keep it fair and have a laugh with the players and staff. i think its a fun server i can come on the server like 2 - 4 hours a day to have fun and check on the players if they need help with anything.
