Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as moderator taught me a lot. It helped me handle situations a lot better and made me more professional. Since I become mod I know the rules a lot better then before. I'm always active and on team speak a lot to. I thinks that i could help out a lot to the sever if i become admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around
One situation i ran into was when a guy broke NLR or New Life Rule i teleported him up to me and told him you broke NLR and he started arguing with saying that he did not do anything because he did not know what NLR is. So I told him what NLR is and explain it to him and i gave him a verbal warning and i showed him the npc with all the rules so he could look them over.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Dear Player
Thank you for applying for moderator. You are now apart of Zarp gaming staff you are now responsible to handle f1 situations and dealing with people breaking the rules. Things you can not do as mod in using your powers off duty or abusing your powers. For example if you were raiding and you were getting shot and you have frozen the guy shooting at you that is abusing your powers witch could lead up to demote.

How to be a mod on duty
Press F4 go to job and go down and click Mod on duty.

How to handle F1s
When a red box at the lower left corner of your screen saying 1 unhandled F1 you would click F1 on your keyboard and a big box will pop up and right click on the F1 request and hit handle if you want to handle it witch you should. If you think its spam just right click and marked as spam. When you handle a request you right click on the request and hit go to witch will teleports you to them. after you are done with your F1 right click on the request and finish it.

The commands
/warn (player) and then the reason
/bring (player)
/goto (player)
/kick (player) reason
/freeze is only used when some one keeps running away from you in F1 situation.
/tp is when were ever you are pointing at you will teleport there.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

If he puts effort to his banned appeal and he saying he will never do it again I would lower his ban time and say that if you ever do it again you will be permant banned.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words)
Why I think I should become Admin I would become great help to the sever. My time as mod taught me a lot to become a admin. I have been admin on different games before and still am on some. When i get on sometimes I would need a admin sometimes for like a random demote or removing props. But there would be no admins on to do that so i cant help out the person which i feel bad because i have been demoted from sas for a false reason and i know what it feels like. If a new Moderator has question i could help him out and probably answer it. I really want to help out the server a lot and i become admin i could be great help to you guys. I hope you guys support me and thank you for taking your time to read my application
