Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random death match(Or RDM), is when a player kills another player without any RP reason.
Example for a RDM situation:
Bob became a SWAT.
Michael didn't like the idea of another SWAT in the town, so he killed Bob.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule (Or NLR) means that whenever you die you shouldn't be back to where you died for 3 minutes (The time changes every server).
Example:
Bob got killed at the P.D by Michael.
Bob came back to the P.D after a few seconds, and killed Michael.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
(OOC = Out Of Character, IC = In-Character)
Meta-gaming is when using the OOC chat for IC purposes, or using the IC chat for OOC purposes.
Example:
Michael(Yes, this time he is the criminal) opened a gun-shop.
Nobody came to buy guns from him, so he wanted to advertise it.
He used the OOC chat and said: "the best gun shop is mine!!11111 come please buy guns!!!!1111"(Which is an rp-related sentence).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all, I will ask Y for the reason of killing X.
If his reason isn't valid, I will warn him for that.
But if his reason is valid, I will ask X if he has any proof, if he has a valid proof that Y killed without an rp-reason, I will warn Y for RDM.
If there is no proof for RDM, and Y says a valid reason, I will explain to X that I can't do anything and that next time he should bring me a proof.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
If the server is full of people, I will warn y for NLR.
But if the server is almost empty, and has low-activity, I will just explain to X that I got nothing to do and next time bring proof.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I will just warn him for meta-gaming, copy the rule from the server's rules and let him read it again.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I should be chosen because I have a lot of things that can help the server, because I am friendly, and I am patient with everything, so I will never get mad on someone for not understanding the rules. Also I have a lot of experience as an admin, since I was admin on a lot of servers, and I already know how to handle things right, and patiently.
And I have a lot of Garry's Mod experience, and I can help to players with a lot of things about building, game-bugs, and more complex things in Garry's Mod.
I know how GMOD works very well, and how things work, which helps me find exploits if I want to, and it can be very helpful to you. To sum up, I can be a helpful mod, friendly, and help people even with bugs they have, buildings they need help with, and other Garry's mod related stuff.
