Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.When A player kills another player for no reason E.G Stringy6675 is walking on the pavement and Bob (the rulebreaker) Shoots stringy in the face

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.: When you die then return to the point of death or remember something from your previous life you shouldnt have E.G Stringy6675 initiates a raid on the hood Stringy gets killed but returns to the spot of death (stringy has broken nlr)

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.: Metagaming is talking in roleplay using the out of character chat (ooc) E.G if stringy's base is getting raided and i type /ooc im being raided that would be breaking the rule

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.: i would ask if player x had any proof if no proof is supplied i cannot give a warning out but i can explain to them both not to commit rdm and explain what it is

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.: i would need proof again as it could have just been a rdm burst at spawn as the logs do not show where people were killed on the map and unless they supplied it i would again explain and verbally warn them

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: i would tell player x that talking in ooc like that is metagaming with a verbal warning but if he then carried on i would warn him

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).:i spend most of the hours of me day on this server and i see a load of rule breakers throughout of it and the admins/mods get stressed trying to sort them all out as there are a lot i saw a couple getting stressed so i thought i would help out and take a load off them as i actually enjoy helping a community advance instead of it to suffer because of rule breakers. i am also experienced as i have been head admin on the server Crystal Gaming now called Civil Gamers and i was for about a year maybe longer than that but i resigned due to issues with the owner (abusive owner) i know commands, how to deal with situations and more. Anyway thats all i can tell you
