Estimated Server Time: I have played for roughly 138 hours (5.7 whole days).

Languages I speak: I only speak English (Fluent) however I do speak quite a bit of German and French and I plan to learn French and German more in the near future.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match or "RDM" is when a player kills another player without a valid Role-Playing reason to do so, Here are a few examples:

Player X kills player Y because he wanted to without any reason.
This is just standard and basic Random Death Match, a more advanced Random Death Match example would be:

Player X (Gangster) kills player Y (Police Officer) because his "Gangster Agenda" told him to.
Player X had no actual reason to kill the Police Officer, However a good reason to kill the Officer would be that he was trying to arrest you (If you're wanted).


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule or "NLR" is when a player goes back to the District that the player died in without waiting for the Three Minute Timer to go down, New Life Rule is also where you can not remember your death or how you died and even after New Life Rule Timer is up and you can not do anything to the person that killed you and you should not remember his/her name or what method they killed you with.

A few examples of New Life Rule are:
Player X gets killed in his house/base by Player Y in a raid.
Player X waits for the New Life Timer to end and when he goes back he notices player Y walking along, Player X kills Player Y and says "That is for raiding my house."
This is breaking New Life Rule because he should not know how/who killed him even after the New Life Rule Timer is up.

Another example of New Life Rule would be:
Player X gets killed in his house again and comes back straight away.
That is the most basic type of New Life Rule there is but it is still breaking New Life Rule and is still warnable.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario: Metagaming is where a player says In Character things in /OOC. MetaGaming is also calling a Police Raid if they see a Drug Tag spinning out of the wall or arresting a Thief or a Bad Job because there Job is in the "Bad" job classes when they actually arn't doing anything illegal at that time/they arn't wanted.

A few examples of MetaGame are:

Player X says "Come to my gun shop outside of spawn, We got cheap guns!" in /OOC.
"/advert" Command is supposed to be used in this situation as it is In Character (DarkRP related) and it it Business advertising.

Another Example of MetaGame is:
Player Y (Police Officer) arrests Player X (Thief) because he has a job in "The Bad" section of jobs. H
However Player X is doing nothing illegal at the time and is not wanted for any reason, Player Y just assumes he will do something illegal because of his job.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask Player Y: "Player Y, why did you kill this person?". If he confessed to killing him with a reason that would be Random Death Match I would just warn Player Y for "RDM". However if he replied with a reason that wasn't Random Death Match such as "I was protecting my base", I would ask Player X "Do you have any proof of this RDM?" if he said "Yes" I would look at it and I would warn Player Y for RDM, If he said "No" then I would sadly tell Player X that there would be nothing I could do without Proof, and then I would offer him a free video recording software that has good and clear recording so he could get proof in the future, Or he could take screenshots of it happening.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would first say "Ok player Y, Player X says you broke NLR. Is that true?" If Player Y said "Yes" I would warn Player Y for breaking NLR, Simple as that. If Player Y said "No" I would ask "player Y, can you explain why the kills are so close together in the logs?" and if he had a good explanation I would ask player X "Do you have any proof Player X?" If he did I would look at it and warn Player Y for Breaking NLR and maybe Lying To A Mod (Depends if the proof is not like what Player Y explained). If player X had no proof I would sadly tell him there is nothing I can do, And again I would offer the free recording system for proof. (I don't know about screenshots, They may be useful proof if they were taken and uploaded in a near time to eachother such as a minute).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would simply warn Player X for MetaGaming and I would tell him that he can't say in OOC that his bank/house/base is being raided because it is In Character and telling Police that his bank is being raided is more private then telling the whole server that his bank is being raided, very simple.


Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen for Moderator because I have played for roughly 138 hours and I am ranked 8 out of over 1000 people in the GameTracker leaderboard of the server, I have many friends on the server and I have many friends who are Staff to so I know the players and other Staff members quite well and I like to think that I am quite polite, some people don't think I am polite at all and are usually insulting me and saying Racist remarks and they make fun of the disabled but I am very polite when people don't get on the wrong side of me. I also have previous experience of being a staff member as I have been staff (Admin, Mod and even Super Admin) on quite a few servers and I am not staff on any server at the moment and I do not plan to be staff to any other server as I would be dedicated to ZARP Gaming and put my time into the server. I can be on every day for at least one hour (I will probably spend more time on every day). I am also very loyal as I have not lied to any Staff Member (I don't think I have) but I do not purposely lie to Staff and I admit to my mistakes. I know how many Staff handle situations of Rule Breakers as I have made quite a lot of F1's and I do not call them in OOC (I have called a Mod in PM before but that was when F1 was glitched for mods and they said it was ok at the time). However I have been in trouble a few times and just yesterday I accidently got my self warned when I demoted a Police Officer for having doors as Cop, and Jellybeng (Staff Member) was on at the time and I did not notice so I was warned for Random Demote, other then that the last warn I had was also an accident and it was around a month or maybe two months ago when I mugged someone in the wrong way but I have learned from that mistake. I am also very good at Negotiating and Persuading people (If needed) and I can be very mature at times. I have studied the rules carefully and I know them off by heart (I may need to quickly check on them during an F1 but not often)
