How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would mute/gag them for 2 minuets and give them a warning. If they continue then I would kick/ban them.

Why I should be chosen?
I should be chosen as I wish to improve the community and be apart of Zarp. I wish to help players enjoy their experience of Zarp and make sure players stay in the community and I noticed there is not many admins online so it is hard for players to receive help or discipline.
