Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Random Death Match (aka RDM) is when a player kills another player for no apparent reason or just for fun. This can be done in two ways 1 way is with a lethal weapon and the other is by running someone over with a car off the street which is CDM. Player X is bored and decides to buy a weapon he goes to spawn and blast everyone who spawns in and does this over and over.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. New Life Rule (aka NLR) is a rule stating you must wait approximately 3 minutes until you can go back to an area after you died there. Player X goes to try and raid Player Y, Player X guns down Player Y and he decides to go back and revenge kill which would be breaking NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is a broad term usually used to define any strategy, action or method used in a game which transcends a prescribed ruleset, uses external factors to affect the game, or goes beyond the supposed limits or environment set by the game. Player X says in Out of Character (Aka OOC) "I am selling weapons come to my to buy them. This states a player using out of character chat for an in character advert.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would call both players to sit to ask about the report.I would ask player y the following "Why did you kill player x?" if he responds with a answer such as "Because I wanted to." or "Because I was bored" then I will warn him and bring them back to where they were, and close the report.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I call both players to a sit and ask Player y why he broke NLR. If he responds with "I wanted to kill him." or "I needed revenge." I will warn him for breaking NLR and put the players back to the game.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would just notify the player that the announcement of a bank raid is In Character therefore he should advert it not put it in Out of Character Chat. If he repeats this offense I will warn him for not using proper chats.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words). I should be chosen because every time I am on the server I fix things that need to be fixed, I help people who need it, I answer questions and correct people, and I make sure nobody breaks the rules. Most people have a short temper and will do things that should not be done, but I have a large amount of patience so I can deal with the most annoying people in the most calm way. I am in no way biased towards anyone I believe in equality and making the fair decision which is better for the players and the server. I always work my hardest to get things done and I never do anything rash. At times I may do something not right but I always make up for it somehow. I always give 100% when doing anything worth trying I never refuse to help someone in need I will always be ready to answer questions or help anyone in need of it. Basically I will not fail you I will try my hardest to show what I can do.

ModMan, you are a funny guy and a VERY ACTIVE GUY I mean it he has 1.3k mins on Saturday and you have 100mins plus every other day so to me this is a good thing. ModMan The only thing you got to improve is your prop abuse and your constant prop pushing, that is all you go to improve apart from that I am happy with you getting this rank but for now until you improve its a NEUTRAL from me.

I see that you are a very active player. And I do think you deserve a chance on becoming moderator the reasons are:
