Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I've had a great time so far as a moderator, I've had both hard and easy situations, I do have quite some experience as I clearly had to use in my time of being a moderator. However I've always had an amazing team of admins to support me with the situations that I wasn't to sure about. I've been here for sometime now and I do think I'm ready for giving this a chance of being an adminstrator and show that I've been learning a lot by the time as a moderator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
First when I started as a moderator I had a hard time working with the NLR as I didnt know how I would of got the NLR timer, however I asked the adminstrators how I should fix it and got the respond I go with the different ways, I then did my best to speak to the reported user if he actually broke it, however he refused to admit it. I then spoke to the reporter once again as he claimed he had evidence of the reported person breaking the rules quite a few times. So I took action by the evidence that the player sent me. However I haven't really had any "worse" situations than that.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
I would send the following to a new moderator that doesn't have that much knowledge of being a moderator: Hello there "name" I would like to give you a hand here as you're now accepted as a moderator. You've got some commands that I would like to explain you. You have a kick, it simply kicks people out of the server, however the kick is barely used as a moderator. You do have the warning command which is more likely the most used command as you issue them a warning if someone is breaking the rules, ofc not the really huge issues for example prop spam and so on. You aswell got a freeze command that you can use if you reported or player breaking the rules keeps on running away from you or is currently breaking the rules. You'll be able to just freeze him and then take him into your custody and you'll then be able to speak calmly to your reported player. You have your bring command aswell that brings the user you write down to you, plain and simple used for most F1's. You aswell got your "goto" command that makes you teleport to the target you wrote, its used for most F1's. Then you have the "teleport" command that sends either you or your target to the spot where you're aiming, this is aswell used if you need to teleport someone down from the skybox. You do aswell have the "mute" command that is barely used but you can get to use it. You're able to see most of your commands by going into your tab menu and clicking the name of the user you're dealing with, which is aswell an easy way to handle them. Preferable you could aswell use the F1 menu to bring and goto and so on. If any further questions or issues, you'll always be able to ask me or any admin of the staff team. - Regards, ZuaXX.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello there user I've been looking into your details and do have a good point here for me to actually unban you, however I'll give you a lowered ban to a week for prop spamming, however if you get banned for this again, I'm not sure you'll have the chance of getting back to ZARP, take this as a chance to prove yourself better than that. - ACCEPTED, Regards ZuaXX.

Why I should be promoted (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I'm a mature and active player of the ZARP community, I got quite some knowledge of DarkRP by the time I've been playing Garry's Mod, I've been playing some years of Garry's Mod, since 2010. I'm doing all the F1's I see available on the server, as soon as they pop up. I'm experienced enough to deal with stuff by myself and do not need admin assistance and so on. I'm the kind of person that can take criticism but I'll let people know if its getting to much. I'm the kind of person that rather talk the issue out than instantly kicking the player out of the community, however I know when there's no chance of avoiding the kick out of the community. I'm always fair and giving out the same punishments for users and aswell for my friends. I'm doing my best to give out as much of a good time on the server to each single player as I can, I'm doing my best to handle each issue in a professional way. I'm aswell an active member of the community being on the Teamspeak and always able to give out tips and some help to new people of the community, Regards ZuaXX.
