How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: First off, I would deal with any disrespect appropriately as it is not acceptable under any circumstances. I will punish the accused as I see fit, that may include warn/mute/kick/ban depending on how severe and often the offences occur. Before punishing the accused I will confront them, finding out the reasons for them to be disrespectful and locate the source of the problem. I will deal as I see fit however any disrespect should not be tolerated.

Why I should be chosen? (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words): I should be chosen as I'm a very active, friendly and reliable member of staff at Zarp Gaming. I can be highly trusted to deal with any situation and always remain professional. I have been encouraging the death run server to thrive with players over the past few days. (Screenshots of me getting the server from 0 - 22 players for the rest of the day can be found below) I have recently found a great attraction to the Zarp death run server and I look forward to helping it in the best way I can, by both administrating and promoting. In conclusion, becoming staff would allow me to help ensure population as I would keep a positive atmosphere in the server thus making players get the fun gaming experience they seek when they join.
