Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
You have to have a valid reason for killing someone.
Player 1 kills Player 2 because it's fun, thats RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
If a player gets killed he has to wait 3 minutes to go back to the area he got killed.
Player 1 kills Player 2, Player 2 comes instantly back and kills Player 1 again, he broke NLR because he didn't wait 3 minutes.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is Writing Ingame Character Information in /ooc.
Player 1 says in OOC : Come to my gun store.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask Player X for more proof, because the console logs just show the kill, not if he did it random.
If Player Y admits that he rdmed, he would be warned from me of course.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I again would ask for more Proof, just because the lines are close together doesn't mean that it's NLR breaking. Of course if Player Y admits that he broke NLR i would warn him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would verbal warn Player X because he was Metagaming. If he would do it again, i would give him a /warn.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I was Moderator for over a month, then i got admin and in my opinion i did a good job. Then i resigned and wanted to do things on my own, learned about scripting and everything. I would be pretty good because i know some old friends from the community, i can talk with everyone without being shy and i know how to handle the most if not all situations. I know that things have not gone right always between "us" (my old Community) and ZARPGaming, but i want to bury the stuff that happened. I admit i did things wrong, even if it was not always my fault. I was in this community for 3 months and learned how to be professional at almost every situation. At some points i maybe need to work a bit, but no one is flawless. I would be happy if ZARPGaming gives me another chance.
