How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

People can be very disrespectful on the server and can make the players leave the server. So if I see a player being disrespectful to someone I will ask him to stop and then I shall warn him for disrespect. If he does carry on disrespecting the player, I shall have to mute him and warn him again like this 'disrespect x2'.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).

You may think why should I become a staff member of deathrun. Well I will tell you now. I do enjoy death run very much I come on all the time to play with my friends. But I think we have a lack of staff members being on, so I am here to try my best to get death run staff and make the server very popular I shall come on ever day to help the players in any way I need. I will love to help those who struggle and don't understand the rules I will try slice my servers in quarters so I will be active on ever server I am staff member on: DarkRP ,TTT, Jailbreak and hopefully death run I do understand if I need to wait a another week or so to get to know with the staff members of this server. Please comment if I need anything to improve on. Thank you very much for reading this-Hopking

As a deathrun admin,
I have not seen you break a single rule.
also phantom. He never trapsole?
He aint disrespectful + if he cant handle it calmly, how is he a DARKRP admin?
And the extreme languege? Tbh he is very nice?
But that is your suggestion, mines is:
-Active
-Knowledge of the rules.
-Knowledge of commands(due to admin on DarkRP and we use the same commands)
My only -support is, that I don't know if you can make it at so many servers from ZARP.
but all in all. A very big +Support
