How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
First of all, im going to verbal warn him and tell him to stop disrespecting. If he will continue this - eventual warn/kick. If this will not stop - ban.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I have recently rejoined community and i have discovered this server. I decided to join it and give it chance. My verdict ? AWESOME ! It have something special in opposite to other deathruns. I would really like to get this rank to prevent people from being bulled/disrespected, robbed from chosen trap ! I will try to do my best, my playtime is increasing daily for about 3 hours ! I am sure that i will spend alot of time on this server, because it makes me fun.

Knew T!wix quite good, he has been a good mod (I don't know if he was admin though, I left Zarp after some incident with many bugs, and minges) and I'd hope to see him again
