How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? I do not tolerate bullying at all! so if I got complaints about X bullying Y in Zarp's TS3 server I would take them in a room and talk about what has been happening in the past. If I found out that X was bullying I would give him a ban or a kick depending on how serious it was and how long it was going for. If it was minor I would just kick the one who was responsible and tell them to keep out of each others ways. For instance X did bully I would give him a temp ban and when he comes back I would keep my eye on him and if I caught him doing it again I would ban him for a longer time, then I catch him again I would perma ban him as it was continuous

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.
Kick - Kicks the player out of the server (but thy will be able to join back straight away) - Used if someone would be breaking a little rule.
Ban - kicks the player for a specific time (could be permanent) - Used for when someone has broke a TS3 rule or being nasty to someone.
Move - You can move people into other channels - Used for when people are following someone around the channels, move staff into a meeting or to move a player to get spoken to if they have broke a rule.
Set Groups - Set people into groups (Puts a badge next to their name) - Can be used if someone has recently got promoted to a member of staff on a specific server/role.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words). Why should I be chosen? Why not? I mean, I am on TS3 most of the times and when I am not it just means I am busy or doing something else, but if there was a game tracker I would have a similar time to my DarkRP so it is really high. I am a staff on two servers so I can be so called "Trusted with powers". I can sort problems out whether they are tough ones or easy ones but I will always be there to help anyone who is in need of help. So it would be great if I can get this role.
