SteamID: STEAM_0:1:58398614
Age: 15
Estimated Server Time: A few hours. I know It's nothing massive but I am a new player, and it looks like a great server so I wish to play often and help with enforcing the rules.
Languages I speak: English
Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (RDM) is killing a player for no valid role play reason. For example: walking down the street and shooting somebody randomly, for absolutely no reason.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule (NLR) is enforced after a player has died. They cannot return to the general area of where they died for 3 minutes and they do not remember anything about their previous life. For example: somebody gets their house raided, they get killed. They cannot remember anything about that life (who killed them, how, etc) and they may not return to that area for 3 minutes.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is talking about an in character situation, in an out of character manner. For example: talking to somebody in OOC about how you're getting arrested, and how they must come to your exact location and save you.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
You would ask why player y killed player x. If there is no valid role play reason, you would issue a warning or issue a ban. If there is a valid role play reason, then you would discuss with both players why this is valid role play kill.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask why and if player y returned to the location. I would then explain that NLR is a serious rule, and heavily changes game play. If player y admits to returning, I would issue a ban or warning depending on the circumstances. If player y doesn't admit, I will use common sense to decide.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would inform player x that megagaming is against the rules, explain what it is and warn the player.
Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I should be chosen because I have had previous experience on a PERP gamemode. Everything is very similar, and I have experience with dealing with lying, rude and trouble making players. I haven't played for much time - but I can promise that I know how to effectively moderate a server. I have hosted medium sized servers in the past which gives lots of experience. I love being social and talking with the players, including staff members. I also love helping people and preventing the rule breakers. I would active in-game and on team speak.
Even though I am new to the servers, I have prevented rule breakers already. A Super Admin suggested I apply for moderator because he saw me enforcing the rules on my own. I think being recognized shows huge potential for myself, and I hope others can see this as well.
I hope you can consider me. I have so much experience to offer.
