How would you deal with a disrespectful player? I would firstly warn the player, then if the problem persisted I would mute the player for a few rounds, if the problem carried on after both of these I would give the player a temp ban.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words). I should be chose mainly because you're looking for staff :3. I also think it'd be cool to stay with a server from the start of its creation and help "clean up the scrubs" . It would also be a great experience to be a mod for once.
In my opinion I am mature and would always try to look out for other players on the server. I would never be disrespectful to other players too.
