Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match. RDM for short. That means that you didn't have a valid(or legit) reason to kill someone. If someone kills another player with the reason: "Because he's a mic spammer" or "He's a dick". Aren't valid reason's to kill someone. A valid reason is for example, a raid. You can kill anyone who tries to raid you. And if you raid you can also kill the basers. These two are the most common reason to kill someone. And both aren't rdm.
My first example:
X is a thief. X got raided by Y. X thinks: "well ****. My printers are getting stolen. But wait, I can still kill him, I'm not to late".
So X ran as fast as he can to his base. Killed Y and thought. "I am getting warned now. So who the **** cares". And because X is a bit crazy, he decided to kill everyone who he sees. What rule did X broke? He broke 2 rules.
He broke the rule NLR(I will talk about that after this)
And also RDM. Why rdm? Well the reason, fuck it. Isn't a valid reason to kill all those peoples.
My second example:
O is a citizen. He grabbed a big gun and "tried" to mug a gangster. So after the mug, he killed the gangster. Before the gangster re spawned, he asked O: "Why did you killed me?" O says: "Haha LOL. You mad?".
So what rule did O broke.
Well O is in this case a "minge". He broke 3 rules. That makes him a minge. But what kind of rules did he broke?
As I said 3.
1. Big gun as a citizen. Citizen's can't have anything else, except pistols
2. Mugging as a citizen. Citizen's can't mug
3. RDM. The reason Haha lol you mad. Isn't a valid reason at all.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule. NLR for short. That means actually two things. One you can't remember anything that happened in the past(before you died). And it means that you can't go back at the area you died within 3 minutes. So if you broke one of these two rules, you broke NLR. Which means you get punished.
My first example: This is the example from the "my first example" from rdm!
So X is a thief. X got raided by Y. X thinks: "well ****. My printers are getting stolen. But wait, I can still kill him, I'm not to late".
So X ran as fast as he can to his base. Killed Y. Then Y says NLR NLR. But X doesn't care. So what rule did X broke?
Well he only broke NLR.
NLR one: He came back to the area he died within 3 minutes
NLR two: He should've forget that he got raided by Y
My second example: X is a mob boss. He has a gang with 5 people. One MoD came by and give them the VIP printers(this ain't the truth)
So the swat and cp's and the sas, came to his base. The swat scanned his door. The scanner says illegal drugs. So they managed to come in. The gang was Skype ping with each other. So they planned to let the Mob boss die and kill the CP'S from behind. So he died, came back and killed the cp's. And he started to base again. So what rule did he broke? Well he broke NLR.
Because he came back to the area he died within 3 minutes.
Also the mod shouldn't give printers away when he is on duty(again this isn't a real happened story)
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming. Metagaming means that your telling IC(in character) in OOC. That is also a form from abuse.
So things like. Help I am getting raided or hey, where are you in OOC are called metagaming. If you metagame, you get punished.
My first example: B says: /advert Carjack muhahaha. O is standing right behind B. So he says in ooc. Hahaha X, he is carjacking your car. X came to his car and killed B. Gave money to O and ride away with the car. So what did O done wrong? Well he broke the rule Metagaming. Why Metagaming? Well because he told through OOC, IC information. And because of that. The carjack failed.
My second example: M has a gun store. But with printers inside. So he sees he's getting raided. He tells trough ooc. CP go to spawn quickly. I am getting raided by 3 thief's!!!. So the cp's came to his gun shop. Arrested the 3 thief's and gave the gun dealer some money. So what rule did the gun dealer broke? Well he broke the rule Metagaming. Because he told IC information through ooc. This is a kind of abuse. The Cp's shouldn't arrest the thief's just because the IC info. If they saw the thief's then it was ok. But now the cp's also abused, because they arrested the thief's because of the info he got.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first goto the roof. Why? Simply because of the privacy. Besides, if X told that he got rdm'ed trough ooc or trough ///. I would ignore it. I would answer only through f1. So when I am at the roof with X, I would bring player Y. If any of them walks away. I would freeze them and tell them not to go away. This is just a verbal warning. Then I would unfreeze him. If he walks away again, I would warn him. Then bring him + freeze him. Then I would hear why Y killed X. If Y doesn't response, I would first verbal warn him. After that, I would warn him. Then if Y doesn't have a valid/legit reason. I would warn him for RDM. But if Y says he didn't rdm, I would ask for proof from X. If X doesn't have proof, I would let them go. If X does have proof and I can see that it is indeed rdm. I would warn Y with the reason RDM. Then ask them where they both were. Bring them back to there and response the next f1's.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Bring them back to there and response the next f1's.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
First I would goto to him. Tell him that he can't tell trough OOC his IC information. If he doesn't know what metagaming is, I would tell him nicely to check the !motd or !rules. Then ask if he further has any questions, that he always can ask me. I would also tell if he knew about f1. If he didn't, I would explain to him what the use of f1 is. If he tell's trough OOC again that his bank is being raided, I would goto to him. And warn him. Tell him if he actually red the rules yet. If he didn't I would ask him to learn the rules. Next time it would be a kick.
Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I think I should be chosen for staff, because I know understand the rules. I know I was a terrible minge in the past. I also got mod on another server called CG. But I decided to leave. So I know how to work with the commands. I know when to kick or when to warn. I am also active . I am not a rage(anymore). I am trustable. I am not disrespectful(anymore). I know that you maybe think. Meh I dnno. But I really changed. I don't rp that much on the server. I am more looking for rulebreakers and make screenshot's + I have fraps(a recording system) always on when playing. So I can get proof and help getting rid of the rulebreakers. As I said, I don't rp that much which means you will probably see me on duty much.
So all in one: I should be accepted because I am active much, I am trustable and I will be on duty much.
