What means NLR? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Say I was a banker and I killed you because you were robbing me if you return to my bank in under 3 minutes thats considered as NLR Breaking new life rule.

What does RDM mean? Give atleast 1 example situation.
If I were a SAS and you were a random citizen and I shot you for no reason only the fact That I only want to kill someone that is considered RDm Random Deathmatch

What deoes metagaming mean? Give atleast 1 example situation.
Say if I and my friend had a great bases loads of printers and everything and then he goes of to get some guns, then we get raided. I then post on /ooc that we are getting raided. Other players can see that message and use it to their advantage and come and raid you as well.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would Gather both X and Y in a suitable location and ask y if he believes this is true, I already know the answer but I am asking him if he know then if he says no I will know that he is lying then I can proceed to punishment, if he admits to it I'll ask him why he did it and discuss how next time we can avoid these situations and then I will proceed to the punishment.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.[
I would bring both party's together and again ask for both sides off the story, now with these types of situations it could be actual NLR or someone who crossed a KOS line without noticing and in there mind got killed for no reason (NLR). Now it's the matter or deciding what to do, now we have evidence in the console and from both party's, the console doesn't lie but a player could so it's now the matter of revisiting the location of death and looking if their was any KOS lines if so I would proceed with the correct punishment for player X and talk to both party's about how we can avoid this situation next time. If no KOS line is found then I would proceed with punishment of player Y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would speak to player x without disturbing the raid and talk to him about the correct way of using OOC and how the raid is role play. Using OOC is sometimes very dangerous that's why we need to encourage player to use "F1", I'm not say ignore the people in OOC if they are calling "Admin help" then of course I will go help them, just not when they are calling out the situation for other players to go and interfere with and possibly make the situation harder for the staff team than it already is.


Why should I be chosen? (atleast 150 words)
So far I have had alot of experience and a lot of mistakes too. I know not many want me as a mod or even on the server, I've had my fair bans and warning too but I think everyone should have an option to prove themselves. I've recently just got Mod on Jail Break which was really exciting, which shows to me if you can put you mind to it you can do it. I know what I'm doing so I would be perfect for the job. I've been back to my past and they have all been saying "wow adwad, you've changed." and yes I have. It would mean a lot for me to get the role so please give me a go I'm sure I will impress you. Theirs not really much else to say all that honestly I really can and yes I really can help you keep the new Zarp growing and fun ! I've changed a lot recently and I am proud, I would like this to be a way of showing it.
