Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

When a player is "randomly" killed by another player. This may be because

A player might of been killed by another player within the rules and the player which got killed killed this player after NLR out of revenge.
A player is a gangster and kills a PoPo on the street and puts it down to the PoPo being a PoPo
A player just kills another player for no other reason than I wanted to kill him

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

When a player goes back to the spot they have previously died in within 3 minutes and killed the people raiding him preventing the raid. This may be because

A player might of been killed during a raid so he went back and killed the raiders
A bank manager got killed and advertised he was getting raided. breaking NLR and metagaming
Someone got killed while raiding and kept going back within the 3 minutes and eventually raided the person.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

When a player breaks RP and may change jobs or false advert. This may be because

A raider may have no guns so becomes gun dealer, spawns in guns and changes back to thief to continue the raid with the guns.
A bank manager got killed and either uses /ooc or /advert to say that they are getting raided and they need help

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would be inclined to believe that this is a case of RDM so I would first ask player X what he was doing to see if he was maybe aggravating player y or breaking the rules himself. If player x had said no I would warn player y for RDM and then tell him that RDM is wrong and that if he keeps doing it it could lead to a ban. This I hope would deter the player from RDM'ing again.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would first warn player Y for breakng NLR as there is no excuse for killing someone twice or more within the same minute. Then I would explain to player Y what NLR is and if he understands it. Again say if he continues it could lead to a ban. Hopefully detering player Y

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would warn the player for Meta game and then I would say in ooc that you must not use ooc for advertising only /advert may be used.

Why should I be chosen for mod?

I am a very "experienced" ZARP gaming player and over the past few weeks have became very passionate about ZARP. I think that the community is great, the staff are very skilled in what they do and I could only aspire to be them! I would love to be part of ZARP Staff as I feel I can bring a fresh mindset to the table and would love to suggest new ideas which could improve the gaming experience. While playing tonight there was no admins on or mods on for about 45 minutes and it was the "purge"! I would love ZARP for always to have admins/mods on and I wish to contribute to this. I know I havent been the best player at times but I feel now the only way I could of learnt not to do the things I did was to do them and learn from them. I feel mistakes should be seen as a positive learning experience which is what I wish to promote on ZARP and see many happy players not breaking any rules but having fun because they know the rules!

I would love to join your team and help make ZARP go above and beyond what it already is!

Dear jellybeng69 Lovin' the application. Really good guy and I am sure that most of the members of the ZARP community like you. You have played a lot.
