How would you deal with a disrespectful player? Be subtle and tell them that players don't go onto this server to get disrespect, they just want a good game and to have fun. If they continue being abusive I will gag them and then if it gets to a ridiculous point then I would kick them.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I have a lot of experience with Deathrun and am very good with handling social/player issues and interacting with people. I would also be happy to develop for this server and spend quite a bit of time on it. I would be happy to help populate it and in general know all the gamemode rules. I have a lot of experience with this community already and am also moderator on JailBreak.

I understand that. But the gamemode is quite new to ZARP and I was populating JB yesterday.
