How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

First of all i would ask him to stop being disrespectful
and warn him.
If he keeps going i would just mute him .-.

Why I should be chosen?

I have realy no idea to be honest...
But i would love to try it out and see if it works out : )
I have no expirience so i don't realy know much .-.
