How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would determine the level of the disrespect and make my decision from there. If I deemed it to extremely offensive like racism or any other form of discrimination I would ban or kick them from the server. If it was a minor offence I would suggest them to stop otherwise I will mute their Mic/Chat in order to stop them.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).

I Think I would be great staff member for DeathRun because I am a very active member of the community and help Administrate on the other servers. I think that I am a good choice because I am a admin on other servers for ZARP and know how to handle situations dealing with disrespectful and rule breakers on the server and what actions to take when this situation happens. I think have enough experience to help out and would be a good asset in Deathrun.
