How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
First, I will have to give him 3 chances to stop being disrespectful, then after the 3 chances, depending on the powers that I have, I would have to kick him, if that doesn't work, I'll need to ban him for an hour, then ban him for 3, then for 10, then a day. The time keeps doubling if it keeps failing.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I should be chosen because I have been a staff member for groups such as TsG (disbanded), I have also had many staff experience on different games such as DotA2, Minecraft and Runescape. I am able to deal with different sorts of problems from insults to hacking. And I have some knowledge about how hackers work and what they use. I am sort of a global linguist person aswell. Which helps sometimes I suppose.
