Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match is when you kill another player for an invalid reason.(Random)
ZuaXX randomly walks around in the town as he notices a cop walking across the street, randomly runs up to him and kills him.
ZuaXX found a hobo sitting silently in a small house he have made, instantly killing him by the sight of him.
Basicly random death match is simply killing someone for a reason that does not exist, which is clearly not allowed as this is not a deathmatch server.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule is like you get a new life, if you're in a raid and gets shot you do not go straight back to the scene where you was shot, you instead of doing so find something else to do or someone else to raid, aslong you do not go back to the same spot as you died within the next three minutes. (The NLR timer is shown in the top of your screen)
For example I'm a hobo running around bugbaiting people constantly annoying them verbally and aswell insults them in difference kind of ways, if the person shoots me I'm not allowed to return to the same spot untill the timer is gone, this counts for any jobs anytime.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is mixing IC information into OOC or the other way around, OOC into IC.
Which means you're not allowed to talk about what is going on right now, IN character in the OOC chat.
You're not allowed to use the OOC chat as a "help" to contact the cops or so, however you should then use /y or send a private message to any cop that is ingame at the time, then they're allowed to come and help you out.
Caught metagaming will end in a punishment (a warning)
Example: ZuaXX // (ooc) Hey I'm getting raided by the spawn gun shop, can you guys help me?
ZuaXX has warned ZuaXX for metagaming. (If I was the moderator / admin I would let the player know what and how he broke the rule)
The right way to do it is simply send a private message to any ingame cops at the moment. Or use /y to shout for help.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would teleport both players to myself and talk with them, take both of their story one by one and then sovle it the best way available, I'm not able to send any straight punishment if none of them admit that they're lying or actually did break the rule, however I'll inform player X to post a report of evidence if taken / filmed. If not I'll let them go off and watch them for abit make sure its not going to happend again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I'll teleport both of the players to myself and solve the issue with the best way available, as I'm not able to say that he broke NLR as no location is written however I'm able to tell them both not to keep their thing going, player X shouldn't keep on killing player Y, however player Y shouldn't come to player X's place all the time. However I'm not able to say if player X is rdm'ing player Y or player Y is actually breaking the new life rule, however I'll be watching the reported person of the scene and then see if he does it again. If so I'll be able to give out a punishment (a warning) To the player breaking the rule.
However I'll let both parts know that this is a verbal warning for each of them before we depart.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I'll personally teleport to the player explain him that it is metagaming and he should not do so, I would explain each small detail including what metagame is and how it is working with different chats he should use for this instead of the OOC chat.
For example he could send a PM to a cop informing him that his place is getting raided right now and aswell add a location so they know where to go and so on. You can aswell use /y saying that you're getting raided.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I've been playing Garry's Mod since 2010 or so, I do have quiet a lot of experience in adminstrating and doing moderating jobs. I myself think I'm mature and trustworthy myself. I'm active as I can be and I'll be doing my best giving each single player in this community the best time on the server as possible. I'm a person that does not give out advantages to friends I'm the kind of person does my best to give everyone a good time on the server. I'm a fair guy and I enjoy helping people out, I do have a lot of free time that I'll be able to use on the server and I'm sure I will as I enjoy playing here and socializing with all the other players within this community. I'm an experienced roleplayer as I've been playing a lot of different RP servers in different games for example sa-mp. (Gta San Andreas Multiplayer) I've been playing on those servers for a few years and do have quiet a lot of RP knowledge and such. I'll be a person to share my experience with everyone else that is interested in it, however my main point is to help out as much as I can. I'm the kind of person that can take criticism but I'll let people know if its getting to much.
I'm the kind of person that rather talk the issue out than instantly kicking the player out of the community, however I know when there's no chance of avoiding the kick out of the community.

I do know my time played is not that much but I'm here to gain a lot more hours and do have more fun with you guys that I've had so far.
PS: I'll be updating my time daily to keep you guys updated.

I think that you are really rushing this especially because you only have 20 hours and only just introduced yourself to the community. I would defiantly say wait at least another week or two before applying for moderator. Sorry man but I do not think that you are ready for moderator.

Having around 50 hours? I do right now have 45 hours, I do not see this huge difference there, however I appreciate your comment.
