Explain how you felt as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I feel like I should become an admin again because I had no control over getting grounded only the control of working my way to be ungrounded. Also I feel like you guys promoted me to admin before for a reason and are willing to do it again.

Explain a situation you encountered as a mod you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around.
Before the map changed, I was dealing with a f1 request and the old harpers owner (forgive me I do not remember his name) had started to disrespect me among his other friend and so I had to ignore him so I could finish the request and then I had a talk with him with bcxbigdaddy.

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would say to them to give them the full grasp?

Do not be deceived by player who act innocent at first but turn out guilty. Always try to keep your calm with an obnoxious player even if he starts yelling or disrespects you. Do not be afraid to ask Admins or fellow Moderators for help with a request or ask questions about rules. Try to be active as you can. It can bite you on the rear end in the long run (known from experience).
Be as respectful as you can to EVERYONE. Even trolls. Never forget your place on the server. You are Moderator set an example for the server and fellow moderators. Lastly, DO NOT abuse for what ever reason.

Explain how you would handle the following situation.
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First, I'd ask him to get on team speak to talk to him so see if he is legitly asking for forgiveness and if so id unban him and while he's on , for a few days id spectate him and see if he breaks any rules that's kinda bad. If he does I will ban him again and make sure he stays banned.

Why should I be promoted. (Longer answer is expected here 150 words)

To start it off, I put time and effort in this app. I have to use my iPhone to make it too!
I also am an ex admin which means before I got demoted for inactivity I was trusted and was active enough to be an admin. I also think about the fact that I was only demoted to Moderator and not to a regular user was a miracle and I have very much gratitude for that. I think I should be promoted since I have been as active as possible and handle request when no one else can or will ,also competing with other staff to get the request. I also think that I should get Admin since I have not been stirring up trouble at all ,but stopping it too.
While I was grounded my dad let me get on his computer to check my social media and grades. But I also got to help on checking apps and being active on the forums. I hope you take me under heavy consideration and hopefully accept me as an admin.

Nathan hasn't been around for a while and was demoted from admin for inactivity, but recently returned and is a great moderator.
