How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
If someone was being bullied on the team speak server I would bring them both into a private channel and I would ask them both what is going on. If then the person has proof or if the player was reported by other trusted players I would then give them a temporary ban depending on how bad it is. If they come on again and target another player and bully them then I would give them a longer ban. If they come on again and then bullied them again then I would permanently ban them.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.
There is the ability to move around players so when I need to talk to someone about issues I can move the players into a channel and then talk. Then I can move him back without him doing anything. There is also the ability kick and ban where you can kick players as a warning and you can ban them if they carry on doing something or do something seriously bad. I can give people Icons if someone gets accepted then I can give them the Icon if they show me their application and they can prove that it is them. This will just save time for the higher ranks.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 70 words).
I think that I should be chosen for team speak moderator because I come on the team speak the minute I come on my computer to the minute I come off. I actively play on TTT, DarkRP and Regularly play on the Murder server. I would like to call myself a trusted member of the Zarp community as I am staff on a lot of the servers. If I did become a team speak moderator then I could sort out the smaller issues between the players and I can do bigger issues if needed. Thank you for reading.

Very active person on TeamSpeak 3, very friendly and he know how to speak to people who break rules.

To be completely honest I don't really chill in TeamSpeak. But I have played games with you and you are very understandable and a generally nice person to talk to. I can imagine you being the right person for this kind of job. You know when things are being taken too far or when what someone is saying is just out-of-order and not funny in anyway.
