TOPIC: [SSRP ADMIN] Sortus's Application

I have learned many things about being DarkRP staff including Commands, How to handle hard and easy situations and many other things. I think this knowledge will contribute to me becoming admin because I have learned almost everything about being Moderator and I feel like I'm ready for upgrade. Once I had really defiant user who was running away from me, killing people in F1 situation, Killing MoD, Breaking NLR and Owning door as Police, I ended up freezing him explaining him what he did wrong, he continued to be very disrespectful to me so I asked Element to ban him for 3 days and I have never saw him again. I would say as a moderator you need to follow every rule, you always need to be professional and be calm in every situation even when someone is disrespectful. You always need to respect players and do everything to make their RP better, you need to keep server safe and peaceful place even when you are only staff currently playing and at any circumstances you can't abuse your powers, I would tell them every available command for them and explain how they work for example, /tp or /tp (player) will teleport you or other player to place you are currently looking at, /goto (player) teleports you to chosen player, /bring (player) teleports chosen player to you and /freeze (players) freezes player so they can't do anything what might interrupt F1 environment, I would explain them how to behave in many situations for example, In situation where player X don't know name of the guy who RDM'd him you can check in logs who killed him and which weapon did he use for example if it was a mutant and he killed player x with gun you can warn him for FailRP or In situation where player x accuses player y for breaking NLR you can check logs if player y got killed by player x 2 or more times after that you can start asking simple questions for example "Where did you die" or "Where did you kill him" . I would tell them things that they can and can't do as a Moderator. I would check how much he Prop Spammed and if he crashed the server, but if he crashed the server I would decrease his ban time to 2 weeks but if he would only lag the server I would unban him and I would tell him that if he break this rule again I will permanently ban him and I would not accept his apology. I have made a lot of effort to make server better place, I have spent a lot of time on the server(4 hours average every day) I have learned a lot about being DarkRP staff, I'm always calm and friendly in every possible situation even when someone is very disrespectful to me, I really like helping people and I would love to get more powers to help them even more for example when gun dealer asks me to freeze his shopping/ammo shelfs or when someone got randomly demoted I can't give him his Job back, I always have to ask admin to help me with this situation, I'm also willing to spend more time on the server and help more players in the future, I have never abused my powers and I'm never going to abuse them. I'm always trying to be professional in F1 situation and outside of F1 situation. I really love Zarpgaming community and I will love to become staff on the other servers, Thank you for reading my application.

You keep teleporting to me while im roleplaying for no reason but you're doing alot of F1's.

Polsee, I have teleported to you because I had question to you and I have teleported to you only once, I dont want to argue with you but teleporting to you as a MoD is not rule breaking or reason to give -support.

You're always calm and proffessional, when handling my F1's. You respect people and their roleplay really much, and are always active on DarkRP and TS. You're also doing lots of F1's and are always helping a lot of people on the server, which i really like!

Okay I have miss understood a rule and that is my fault and for that I think you are doing good so it will be a +SUPPORT from me.

I don't care what other people say Sortus, I only ever see you doing good things. Every time I'm online I see you doing F1's and helping players that are unfamiliar with the rules or game play of Garry's Mod. Maybe you have slipped up in front of TiGz or Polsee, But no one is perfect and they've done things just as bad in the past as well. Listen, you work hard, you're polite and you're friendly. We can't ask any more from you. I honestly believe this is your week and you deserve an Admin position.
