Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

Known as RDM, it is killing people for no reason at all.
And where is the Example?

Person x dies in the armory, he cannot go back into the armory after he died for a certain time. Or he will be punish for breaking NLR rule.
Again where is the example?

It is when you use knowledge from a character you played, or a dead character.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would ask what the reason was and judge from the argument and trusts. And maybe give player y RDM warning.
And maybe? When maybe? I don't get this one

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would take no warnings, since he did not cross the line for a big amount of time. But if you do it again, I will have to warn you.

I would say to him what he is doing is metagame and it is not except able on Zarp. You cant say it in OOC. (Warm him for metagaming)

Why I should be chosen? (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).

I know I just started playing on Zarp at about beginning of November 2013. But I love Zarp, it's one of my favorite server. I also love to help people to play fair and happily. I will come on when ever I can on Saturday or Sunday. I would be a good moderator because, I know the basic rules, I will be willing to do it since I love it. I am expecting to get fun experiences with my new job (if I get one). I love putting someone else's perspective to mine, and it helps with this job. Can't wait to see the results!
