Estimated Server Time: 77 Hours. Gametracker has glitched for me. I have only played this server since I started again.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Deathmatch (RDM) is the engaging in combat of players without a valid Role play (RP) reason.
An example of this is if a citizen where to kill a Police officer without reason.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New life rule (NLR) is a rule that disallows the entry to the area that someone has died in. This also means that they are forced to Role Play (RP) the fact that they are someone else. The rule lasts 3 minutes
An example of this is someone was killed during a raid and within a few seconds they return to then kill the raiders.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is when you use Gaming elements that do not exist in the world in Role play (RP) terms. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using OOC (Out of character chat) for Role Play (RP) reasons.
• Using a tag in game as a sign the player is doing something illegal.
• Using advert for non business talk

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x:
I will take both involved players to a rooftop and ask for evidence. If none is supplied then I will ask what happened. I will try to find someone to back up either persons story. If someone can supply me with conformation (That has no relation to either player.) that X did not initiate the attack, I will warn Y.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask for evidence if none (Also check other console entries that may disclose the time.), I will not warn player Y but I would watch him carefully.
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided:
I would verbally warn X telling him not to do it again unless he already has been warned for the same offence.
Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words):
There are many reasons I should be picked to moderate the server. These will be outlined in this very lengthy wall of text. Some reasons include: The fact I do legal studies (Basically a more formal version of this), I can program very well, and I am quite fair.

One main reason for me being a Moderator is the fast I have moderated many different mediums over my time being here. Some of the include: 2 forums, 2 minecraft servers and 1 DarkRP server. Over my time moderating these mediums I have learnt how to both respect the player and prosecuting them. I am fair and un-biased in all my decisions and hold Evidence in higher value then mere stories told by the accused.

Another reason is my time in legal studies. I understand law and the fair use of it. I also understand how it is built. and enforced in great detail. I have also learned to value evidence much higher then anything else.

A feature that is attractive to most people considering places of power is my ability to program. I know 2 languages quite well and I am fluent in 3. These include: Java, PHP, Vb.net, Delphi, javascript, SQL and many more. I program effectively and in an efficient manner. I can program in an Object Oriented style in a few languages.

One feature is that none of you will really know me (This will sound more convincing later on.). Some will know me most will not, This is because I live in a time zone where there are little to no people on for a long period of time. When I leave most of you wake up, when I get on most of you are asleep. In these hours there are many RDMers, FailRPs and they break NLR all the time. It is a most annoying time to play. I share this frustration with only a handful of people.

I hope I have convinced you that my maturity and experience can help this server in some way. I will be willing to help the server in anyway. There is a reason that I wish to do this, it is unlike many other applicants reasons, this is that I wish to give back to this wonderful community that has given me so much entertainment. I would donate if I had the money for it, sadly this and some casual advice for people asking is all I can offer. I hope you consider what I am saying and instead of thinking "I don't know him, let's give him a negative support" I wish you to base your entire opinion on what is said by others and in this text. The sheer size of this application must show you how much I wish to give back.

TL;DR: I want to be mod.

You have been described as a rulebreaker in some instances (basing as a cop, propblock). However, we appreciate your personality and the timezone you are in, and would recommend that you apply again in future after adapting to the rules more.
