Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
RDM is when someone is killed without reason, this is illegal on Zarp Dark RP servers.
Example: A civilian is carrying around a pistol and sees that his friend is standing with two other people and then the civilian shoots them without reason and they die.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR is when you get killed you can't go back to the same place that you died until the timer at the top of your screen goes.
Example : Your house got raided and you got killed. Now you can't go back to the same area where you died until the timer has gone.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Meta gaming is when you say something useless in (OOC) or advert chat.
Example : (OOC) CubeyJoe : My bank is being raided, help!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I will teleport player X to me and ask exactly what happened including any proof (pictures, witnesses). I will then teleport player Y to me and tell X not to say anything, I will see if the story matches. I will slightly investigate this and ask for witnesses, if there is solid proof then the RDMer will receive one warning (unless he killed multiple people, I would have to review it again).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would listen to both stories at different times and then ask for proof. If I don't have proof I will not be able to do anything but I may watch over the area for a little bit to see if anything happens again so then I've got proof myself.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would let him know that he can be warned and banned for saying it and make him aware that it's metagaming, I will tell him that if he does it again he would be warned.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I believe that I should be chosen for Mod since I've been playing on Zarp much more now, it's a great friendly server and I would love to help it run smoother. I've been a mod on many other game types therefore I've got experience in dealing with hectic situations. I'm able to keep situations calm by asking questions that doesn't single people out and I just generally being able to help whether it's a big problem or little. I've been speaking with some admins (P3NGU1N) about being an admin and it sounds really great! I can be active on TS and I'm also able to playing 24 hours a day on the weekend if there are busy admins (I've got a fair amount of free time ).

Ok where to start with this one...
1: Your STEAM_ID is not joeyburr1, that is your account name.
2: Your server time is meant to be the amount of time you have played on the ZARP server and not how much you can play on it.
3: You have a mistake on your app on the languages you speak you accidently have a center tag at the end.

Besides those points it seems you have a good understanding of the rules even though you only have 11 hours in-game. I feel that if you can come on the TS with us and let us get to know you a bit more then I will change my support but for now I am -Support

You've got some warnings by different people, but you seem to learn of your warnings. However we still feel there's a lack of knowledge, and we suggest waiting some weeks, and read the rules roughly through.
