Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Deathmatch is when a player is killed for an invalid reason
Jim is walking in the streets, when Jack walks out of nowhere and shoots him in the back of the head

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule also known as NLR is when you enter a new life and you forget about everything when you died and you can't go to your death point for 3 minutes.
Jack was sat in his room when all of a sudden, James pick locked all his doors, came in and killed him. After that, Jack came back and killed him within 3 seconds.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when you say thins in ooc that you'd say in character
(OOC) James: I AM BEING RAIDED HELP!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would need to see further proof that this is RDM as in a screen shot or a video

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would need to see if Player y still had an NLR timer on at the time or video proof

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would teleport to Player x and tell him he is Metagaming if I caught him again I would have to warn him

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I should be chosen because not only am I in love with ZARP I want to go one step further I only got Gmod a while ago and all my in-game time is in ZARP DarkRP I know that in the past I've had a record for rule-breaking but today my friends I turn the opposite of that I want to just not help the community but to become a big part of the community and helping has always been my thing lately even out of garrys mod I've been helping all my friends with their private lives it's time for me to help the community in a greater way all my energy is usually taken up when sorting out problems with players, things that admins would usually sove and also I know that I will never be as good as some of those cool guys: Xhantium, Chris, Zan etc. but I care for the community so much helping is important around my areas certainly where I live people walk with knives mugging / stabbing people for fun that is why most of my time I spend my time on ZARP or in bed and really that is it

He asked people to check out his application and support him, I barely ever see him online and was saying that I mugged him when he was cop (I was not mugging him, I was saying he shouldn't ask people to check his application out. Aka he doesn't get the whole picture). so I say:

Hello Rockst4r I have seen you in-game for quite a while but I sadly don't think they were good experiences. I think you application looks semi-decent but does come off a bit thin. If these accusations of asking/paying players to +support you is true then you have wasted your time and money because your app will most likely be refused if it is true and also +supports are not the main priority it is being known in the server and letting the staff team know what kind of person you are.
