Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Killing someone without having any reason, example: A cop killing a gundealer, When he is walking on the street and the cop just kills the gundealer for no reason that would be RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule means that you can't visit the area that you just died in, untill the timer on top of your screen is runs out . Entering the area when that time is still going to take revenge or whatever else, is NLR. And you get a warning

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would listen to the explenation of both players and ask player x wether he has any proof, such as a recording. If he has none, and the case isnt showing any proof at all, I wont do anything but warn player x that he should try to record what happens next time so that we can act on it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask him did you break NLR? and if he replied "yes" then i would warn him for breaking NLR. If he replied "no" then i would ask Player x does he have any proof, if he did have proof i would warn Player y for NLR, if Player x didn't have proof then i would let them go, but say to Player x " If he does it again, Call me, right away ." If in answer to the question "Did you break NLR?" Player y replies "but he was in my house" or "I wasn't on the exact place i died" i would say its still NLR and warn him for breaking NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I will tell him that i cant help in anyway but give him advice to call the cops or get a guard.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
I love this server, and wish to add to the support that it might need. i have been admin on Rust and minecraft. I think I am also very able to understand both sides of the story given to me.My goal is to join you guys to support you guys and helping you out I could solve situations. By joining you I can add many hours online as a mod to fix stuff on the sever. Thanks for reading and please support

Why? You copied everything from Cannonfodder's application, well perhaps not everything, but one glance at your application, I noticed something strange, looking into it further you copied most from him.

He definitely copied most of the Application from Cannonfodder.
Maybe increase the playtime abit.

-You need to tidy your app
-Come on the teamspeak

I did not copy this from cannon it took me 15 min to do this and I went on game tracker and I have 20 hours on the server

15 minutes is not enough for me, I spent over one hour and a half on mine. If you really want to be mod you should put in the time and effort instead of copying people and making the app look scruffy!

This application is horrendous. No joke. You only have to write it once, so at least put some effort into making it look pretty. Not only that, you didn't even write most of it - nor take notice of the shiny part that says 'minimum 150 words'.

Minimum doesn't mean "I'm fine if I'm 67 words out", it means miniumum:
