Estimated Server Time: I have played the server for roughly 88.1 hours so far and I plan to play a lot more. Languages I speak: I only speak English however I do speak a little bit of German/French. DarkRP Related Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Random Death Match, or "RDM" is where a player kills someone else without a valid RP reason to do so. A scenario of Random Death Match would be: *Player 1 has killed Player 2 with a USP* This is RDM. There is no reason to actually kill the person. This does not count for Mutants above ground, however mutants underground are not allowed to be killed unless they attack you (Self defence).
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario New Life Rule (or NLR) is where a player returns to the district that he died in, he is not allowed to loiter these areas in under 3 minutes of the NLR being active. A few scenarios for this are: Player 1 killed Player 2 with a USP.
Player 2 *Returns to area in which he died in under 3 minutes.* Or: *Player 1 raided Player 2's base.*
*Player 2 returns, finds Player 1 that raided his base. Player 2 killed Player 1 outside of his base* ]both of which are NLR, killing the person that has killed you even after the NLR is over, is still breaking New Life Rule. And even when NLR is over you will not be able to remember ANY circumstances of your death.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is where a player is Advertising/using OOC for something he shouldn't be. A few scenarios for this are: "(OOC)Player 1: Everyone come to My gun shop outside of spawn!" A none metagaming version of this would be: "(Advert) Everyone come to My gun shop outside of spawn!". Another version of metagaming: "(Advert)Player 1: Hey everyone!"
Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would say "Well player y, why did you kill him?" and if he answered truthfully saying that he did RDM him, I would warn player y and tell him not to do it again, I would then tell player x that if player y does it again, tell me because he has had his first warning. And if player y answered saying something like "I didn't kill him" or "he was in my base", I would ask if player x had any proof, if player x had clear proof I would warn player y for RDM, if he did not have proof I would tell him that he should have some sort of recording/screenshot system in the background so he can get proof of it, I would also tell him that I can't do anything without proof of this.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I wold first of say "Player y is this true, did you break NLR?" and then if he answered truthfully I would warn him for breaking NLR. If he answered like "But it was my house" or "I was only waiting in that district for it to end, not where I exactly died" I would tell him its still NLR and warn him (If I didn't warn him before). And if he answered "but he raided me, I had to kill him" I would ask if player x killed player y, Then I would ask if player y waited for his NLR to end and if he killed player x while he was in player y's base (with NLR over), if that was the case I would say "Well it isn't NLR since it's over and he was in the base at the time. If he was outside of his base when player y killed player x, I would say its still breaking NLR even if the NLR is over as it clearly states in the rules that you will not be able to remember the circumstances of your death, even after NLR is over, and I would then warn player y for Breaking NLR.
Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided. I would say "Player x do not metagame and use 911 in F4 actions menu", I would then warn him for Metagaming. If player x did this again, I would teleport him to me and say "Why are you metagaming? I told you to stop already and I even had to warn you." and if he replied "Because my bank is being raided" I would then say "Well so it might be but you should have a guard to protect it as well and the 911 command is there in actions menu in F4 for a reason, if this happens again I will warn you again and if it continues, I will not hesitate to do a temporary ban. I would then teleport him back to his bank. If it continued I would temporarily ban him for a day, if it continues after that I would temporarily ban him for a week, and if it continues after that I would consult the other staff to see if I should permanently ban him/any other way to punish him. I will only go to these temporary ban's if it continues again and again, as a warning is there to learn from your mistakes.
Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen for a Moderator position on the server because I am very active, (I have spent around 88 hours on the server and I am ranked position 10 on the top player list), I have studied the rules so I know many of them off by heart and since I have played for over 88 hours, I knew most of these rules already. I am also a very trustworthy player (an example of this is that I don't recall ever betraying anyone without a VERY good reason to do so, but this would not happen with the staff if I were to be accepted. Basically I won't betray any of the staff at all or anyone else if I do get accepted). I am also a donator to the server, I have donated £20 dollars to the server for permanent VIP and I am set in the VIP group. However I do raid often so some people might not like me for raiding them because I raid a lot but I can stop that if I did get hired but even if I don't I can cut it down if the staff would like me to. I have been staff on many different servers and I have stayed with them for as long as I could and I am experienced with being staff of servers. And I can be at on AT LEAST 1 hour every day but I will usually spend 2-5 hours every day online. I am also friends with many of the people of the ZARP community (I am also part of the ZARP steam group) and I am also friends with most of the staff and I want to get to know the players/staff better aswell while being a Moderator. And finally I am planning to spend more time on the forums if I do or do not get accepted because I frankly think I don't spend enough time on it, but I can improve. In conclusion I would love to be Moderator for this great server and I would try my very best if I got accepted. Thank you for taking your time to read this and have a great day!

I have seen you in the server recently and you seem to be a good guy. You haven't broken any rules and are not rude to anyone so I am going to give it another few days then post my verdict because I feel if I get to know you some more on the server then it would definitely be a positive support. Keep it up and I hope to see you in-game.

I have made it look a bit nicer by putting some colors on it (In the right area's) so you can see the questions that I have to answer etc. Thank you for telling me!
